Tenderfoot Trail Running Series

Been thinking about getting in some trailrunning but not sure where to start? Would you like to get out for some fun mornings in the quiet forest but not motivated to do so on your own? Now is the time!

Called Sunday “Tenderfoot” runs, these weekly runs are dedicated to those new to trail running, building strength after injury, getting back into the sport, or just simply wanting to go out but not go long. If you can already run 45 minutes to an hour on flatland, come try a Tenderfoot run and make Sundays your fun run days!

Sunday Tenderfoot runs are typically 6 or fewer miles and take about an hour, sometimes a little more or a little less, to complete. Some will be out and back runs, others circuits. View the Events Calendar to see what is coming up.

Tenderfoot runs are geared to  • Get you out on the trails  • Put some trail miles on those legs and feel good  • Introduce you to the scenic trails of the midpeninsula  • Making new friends that enjoy running through the woods

Below is a list of the Tenderfoot Circuits. I'm always taking suggestions for new circuits to add to the list. Bring your ideas along to the next run!
