Called Sunday “Tenderfoot” runs, these weekly runs are dedicated to those new to trail running, building strength after injury, getting back into the sport, or just simply wanting to go out but not go long. If you can already run 45 minutes to an hour on flatland, come try a Tenderfoot run and make Sundays your fun run days!
Sunday Tenderfoot runs are typically 6 or fewer miles and take about an hour, sometimes a little more or a little less, to complete. Some will be out and back runs, others circuits. View the Events Calendar to see what is coming up.
